Hurricane season gets the headlines, but much of the water damage here has nothing to do with a named storm: supply lines and water heaters that let go in older houses around Cantonment and Milton, roof leaks that show up as a ceiling stain three rooms from the actual hole, and the quiet one — air-conditioning condensate lines that clog in July and drip into a wall cavity for weeks in subdivisions across Pace. Humidity this heavy means wet material doesn't dry on its own here. It just waits.

We built this company around where the metro is actually growing. Santa Rosa County has added more than eight percent to its population in three years, most of it in Pace, Navarre, and Gulf Breeze — thousands of newer slab-built homes whose builder-grade plumbing is now reaching the age where fittings fail. A proper dry-out photographs the loss before anyone touches it, logs every moisture reading from first visit to final clearance, and itemizes the work in the format adjusters expect. Ask the company doing the work to walk the job with your adjuster and answer every question. What we won't do is pretend we work for the insurance company. You hire the company that does the work, the paperwork protects you, and when a repair decision has two defensible answers, you should hear both and choose.
